mcu firmware version unknown and it shown error value for battery and charger

"photonicat-pm serial0-0: Status report timeout!" in dmesg.
It shown "Open PM device successfully." then no response when I update mcu firmware, although using -F to force update.

现在还有办法强制更新mcu固件吗？必须寄回厂家维修吗？
