Remotely access and local IP access with android installed

hello, i saw some video, where installed android have video output from hdmi (and keyboard in usb c) i wonder, are Photonicat accessible remotely from internet or from local lan network like if i type 192.168.0.1 (maybe with use of vpn ?? ), what happen if i have android installed ?? Will i conect to the android screen (like what i can see over hdmi output) or what ?? I can imagine how it looks with openwrt, but android and linux ?? Will i have like remotely controlled desktop, or just some dashboard ?

If you flashed Android, the device will just work as an Android device, not OpenWRT or normal Linux distros.

ok, and if i have android installed, what happen when i acces it over local ip 172.16.0.1 ??
