Persist powersave across reboot

The powersave feature on Photonicat web U.I was reset/disabled after each reboot.
Can you save the last setting applied by user?

It was originally designed this way because the difference is minimal, and saving the setting permanently could slightly impact performance during the next reboot.

As there are more than one people requested, we will modify it to make the setting persistent and keep the user’s last selected configuration after reboot.
